I did a scroll through just now; familiar topics and I should
   give it a thorough read through but I had to stop at the mirror
   test. Some of the experiments for self-awareness strike me as
   rather silly... and the mirror test is definitely one of them.
   But one thing I'll give Philosophy credit for: it doesn't
   attempt to credit/discredit what's been done, but assume it's
   potentially-true enough and useful as raw materials for logical
   discussion.
