I've successfully avoided reddit for many many years now, unless
   I must. The reason? It looks horribly ADDICTIVE smile emoticon
   I can think of a number of social/information networks that
   simply dipping my toes into started pulling me into and I had to
   go, "no no no no no no no no no don't get started with this".
   4chan is likewise.
   imgur is another
   tumblr is another.
   I have a long list of places I've visited and said, "no no no no
   you're gonna get hooked" and avoid even now. smile emoticon
