   I see "belief" as a cognitive process, not a religious one.

   And while many of our systems and cognitive processes are, more
   or less, very sophisticated machines, nevertheless, a form of
   free will is present, at least in my belief system.

   MUCH of what we think of as free will *is* an illusion.
