Something happens around 150. Sounds like numerology but it's
   just of those "systems" numbers.

   So without reading the article, seeing that number, yeah -
   something's gonna happen. Dunno what. 150 is approximately the
   number at which systems can no longer be flat and enter into a
   hierarchy. Flatness can't seem to remain above that point
   without things falling apart.
