I added a new photo to the album Mobile Uploads.What pure wheat
   protein looks like. This is how cows get so meaty while eating
   only grains -- this stuff 'wheat meat' that's hidden in the
   grains somewhere. Protein turns into protein (unless you don't
   use it - then it becomes stored as fat). I'm stunned this rubber
   ball was hiding in that bag of dry flour - truly dehydrated
   'meat'!^
