Oh yes - natural and supernaturally simultaneously? I speak of uncertainty of the nature of inertia, that's all. Newton's original formulation had "innate resistive force" as part of the formulation - in short, "could be internal / could be external", but physicists have abandoned the potential of "innate", removing interesting possibilities. It was a practical matter of course but it's gained 'force of law' as it were, over the centuries. In areas of uncertainty, I don't see any problem with a simultaneously naturalistic/supernatural formulation to be plausible because it's not provable either way just. The objective-assumption (that someday it will be) is an article of faith but fact be fact, we don't know certain things, which leaves the playing field tantalizingly open.
