He's gonna hate algebra as much as I did. I was good at it, but
   I still hated it. I especially hated the elimination of
   variables. Always struck me that you're losing valuable
   information because a "simple elegant formula" CAN'T be
   back-traced to its origin without outside knowledge being added
   into it. But now I'm about to go into my "why
   programming-for-math-is-better" rant so I'll hush before i do
   smile emoticon
