I'm hopeful. Very hopeful. Is it likely? I don't know. Many
   bills don't make it through the first time around. But it starts
   something. A change of thinking among the population. They
   become aware of the issue. Things start happening in the greater
   culture. I just hope this gets the publicity it needs and I hope
   it happens. I've wanted to see this for a long time - since I
   was a teenager - and I still can't believe it hasn't happened
   yet.
