Impressive. I was behind on Fidel and last I heard were rumors
   of his death when his brother took over but then he popped up
   again. I read the article. I don't know enough about the details
   of all of the things he's saying, although I can/will agree that
   western imperialism has been on the rise for a number of years.
   In the USA, we're taught imperialism _WAS_ phase once. But
   really, we're in that phase now again and have been for a while.
