I don't think there are appropriate words to describe it
   properly. Once defined, "totality of existence", one can say,
   "Yeah, well, then what happens OUTSIDE of the totality of
   existence"? So, I try to stay quiet for the most part about the
   beyond stuff that words can't properly express, or if I define,
   I try to define in a negative "what it's not" fashion to give it
   all the room it requires beyond the limitations of my conceptual
   boundaries. -- Well, it's like the question, "Who made God?"
   It's of course a ridiculous question, once somebody understands
   something about God. But it gets asked anyway. -   -
