yeah that kinda scares me a little honestly. I mean if it's
   someone's personal choice, whatever. But I wouldn't want a
   doctor saying, "Yeah, you know you're kinda a financial burden
   to your family... and just look at all your medical issues.
   Maybe it'd be best to just sign here." - which has been a bit of
   an issue in the Netherlands... a not-so-subtle increasing
   pressure upon those that want to continue living but are made to
   feel guilty about it.
