Well, evolution can go several way. It *can* be a series of
   punctuated equalibriums within a species. Or it can be a
   replacement scenario where the novel just replaces the old - ie
   - revolution through evolution but exhibits the same behaviors.
   I suppose I'm more of a behaviorist than an evolutionist.
