By definition, it's minimal. The word "absolute" is a bit of
   exaggeration. Words like "minimal" / "most" etc. They don't
   expect it all to stop. It's a case where the line had to be
   drawn somewhere and it's a pretty good line, considering what
   they had to go through to cross it for just the tiniest of
   moments.
