As a teenager, I thought about being a
   doctor[1]12376458_10153282523851299_2790856463644095994_nall
   that hard. Some learning of course. I have a strong stomach.
   Talked to a few people about it who I figured knew. Seemed that
   specialization was everything and to be a GP was considered a
   waste of time, learning and, generally considered a waste of a
   profession because it was considered passe. Oh well. They were
   right and they were wrong but I have no regrets.
