Neat. At first blush, it looks like they borrowed from imaginary
   time to make it work. I could be reading it wrong - I just
   skimmed quickly. Nice thing about what's allowed in the
   non-classical calculations: You can borrow a *little* just as
   long as you put it back VERY VERY quickly, which isn't possible
   in classical models.
