I *suppose* Technology could be considered "Applied Engineering", if one want to go the bogus route of Logic --> Mathematics is applied logic --> Science is applied mathematics --> Engineering is applied science --> Technology is applied engineering ... but it's kind of an artificial hierarchy imo. Not a bad one but kinda ridiculous because the sector don't neatly collapse into each other like russian nesting dolls. Plus, logic doesn't belong on top anyway. There's ppl up there. :D
