Impressing mapping. It's definitely acupuncture / acupressure type of thing. There's validity to some of it. I don't know about the theory-as-stated, but then again, I don't know about the theory-as-stated for a lot of things that also happen to work. Deep spot between the thumb and index finger at the web near the bone? Works. There's a spot that gets tender two inches up and to the left above the nipple (men have easier access to the spot). It works. There's spots next to the nose for sinuses. Those are functional at least for me. The others? I don't know. But considering the fibrous network in the body, it wouldn't surprise me in the least. I had "theraputic touch" training back in the early 1990s at some 13 week weekend seminar thing, which seems related to this as well. It works too. Why it works? Don't know. Don't care. Sometimes "brush off negativity" from my shoulder to my hands. What's REALLY happening? Don't know, don't care. Painless, free, quick and it works. That's my attitude about these things. Use what works. I try not to get TOO into it, but I like things that are effective.
