Ageism goes both ways. We have to be careful not to replace one
   with another. People deserve respect and judged individually.
   Their age doesn't need to be a part of the equation at all
   except at the borderlines where there are discriminatory laws
   and stereotypes to be beaten. Youth rights is ultimately human
   rights. There are stupid young people. There are stupid old
   people. I've seen great wisdom from old and young alike. I've
   seen great stupidity from old and young alike.
