The rise of cheaper gaming systems, parents who lock their kids
   in in bad neighborhoods, cheaper Internet (poor ppl in bad
   neighborhoods should get it for free), the ability to get those
   urges out online, is going to lower and lower gang violence. In
   short: I think online gaming will be the eventual cure.
