Most of the ppl who were mean and teased were also "friends" -
   fair-weather friends. You were useful when they needed ya but as
   soon as there was a group they'd ditch ya or you became
   target-of-the-day. But I got use to ppl like that. Taught me you
   can trust anybody up to a point but you have to know what the
   point is that they'll cross you. Kept me from being bitter
   against humanity because I never was, and very useful in
   business to have the skillset of gauging people and knowing how
   far you could trust and where they will fail every time.
