Awesome stuff here. Even though he can't be president and he
   knows it (he says it), there's NOTHING stopping him from running
   for President... and maybe changing local laws while he's at it.
   This is happening just a county away from me in Florida. Very
   cool. Part of the [1]#16tovote - he wants it down to 15 years
   old. It would affect local elections - not state or federal -
   but really, the way things are set up, it's PRECISELY the local
   elections that make the most impact on your DAILY LIFE. So,
   Kudos to Elijah Manley here. He's a presidential candidate and
   rallying to lower the voting age in his county. It's already
   happened in two cities in the USA and a few in Canada. It might
   happen for a whole county here. Very cool.
