I watch people who moderate groups here go through the SAME
   issues, wheels reinvented over and over and I'm just like,
   "look, this road is WELL TRAVELED here", and I give some (of
   what I consider) basic community advice that you'd use on a
   mailing list, Usenet, forums, wherever... ...and they're so
   often like, "Woah, man you really nailed it". I guess it's the
   old' rule; if it's new to you, it must be new to everybody smile
   emoticon
