If the report is sexy, it means it's engaging or alluring. It
   will grab attention. If it grabs attention of the higher-ups, it
   has a chance of being looked at. If it has a chance of being
   looked at, it has a chance of being acceptable. Not only
   acceptable but believable. Might even mean logical. Might even
   mean precise. Might even mean accurate. Depends on the
   organizational needs... well, corporate ethos.
