Ask questions. Talk about stuff. People will respond. Sometimes
   I'll be one of those people. Sometimes I won't. Whether you stay
   or not is your choice but really, there's no need for the
   language. It's a reasonable enough environment here == I'm not
   going to convince you to come in and join, to stay, or to leave.
   If you leave and come back, you can come back. No pressure here.
