slice. I don't hate it but it's a word I don't prefer. It's
   violent. Doesn't matter how it's used. I 'feel' the pain of the
   pizza when I hear "slice of pie" but feel nothing but nom-nom
   hungry when I hear "piece of pie". I don't think about it *much*
   'cause it's a common word, but there's that LITTLE MOMENT of
   cringe.
