Agreed 100%. The softwares (or methods and procedures if 'wetware') in the encoding/decoding phases need to parse the potential ambiguities, which there can be MANY indeed. I don't know if perfect is possible in all cases, but as the encoding/decoding portions get improved, it will take the weight off of the Source and the Receiver in their disambiguation algorithms* == Indeed. In a sense, the precision is the anomaly and the ambiguity the norm.
