Those interested in voting will vote. Those not interested in
   voting will not vote. It's two extra votes, at most, in a
   lifetime of voting. It's for local elections, which AFFECTS them
   directly, not federal. They can provide LOCAL representation for
   ALL of the kids in their local district because they are at the
   tail end of a 12 year system that affects a large amount of
   citizens in the community. [1]#16tovote ? I'm 100% for it.
