I read it. It's the same message that's been in other books and continues to be written about. I found him very approachable and easy to read though. I have a copy somewhere and even took notes. It's not horrible advice. I was already applying a few of the ideas from earlier books I'd read on the same subject. They work. I made money on stocks. Running businesses. My approach to real estate wasn't as extreme but I knew the methodology from a little book I read as a teenager that was basically "how to be a slumlord" - just, this was more flowery. I just did enough for my own needs - place to live. Been here 14 yrs now.
