Oh it's definitely important to "know the limits" of one's
   investigations! I can see how Derrida could lead one into a
   decade of scattering tongue emoticon I'm cautious about taking
   the things I learn and applying them to myself. Very cautious.
   The moment one's study becomes one's lifestyle it becomes, to
   me, a religion; and I try to be very careful of that. *note, I'm
   using the general definition of religion: a pursuit or interest
