I mean, I've made social gaffes, faux pais, told inappropriate
   jokes at suppertime or parties, been "too honest" at the wrong
   times... and gotten that look. You can hear the record needle
   scratch. My face gets flush. I learn to "note my audience" more
   carefully next time. Part of life afaik.   I blush easily -
   likely anxiety issues. Not much for large groups-in-person. AND
   - notice the beard? It's partly because I hate shaving but a
   good portion of the reason? It hides the fact that i blush
   REALLY REALLY easily.
