Whenever I see a typical thought experiment here I have to
   resist the urge to call BULLSHIT THAT NEVER HAPPENS on it to
   some of these hypothetical scenarios. Sometimes I give in and
   call bullshit on them anyway, while everybody else is playing
   along. Depends if I want to throw the stink bomb into the party
   or not.
