Arcades. A used Intellivision circa 1980 when I was 8. Tandy Color Computer 2 (new) in 1983 when I was 11. Tandy 1000 TL in 1989 when I was 17 and modem/online at the same time. First MMORPG was Neverwinter Nights beta testing in 1989/1990 for PC-Link / AOL. [I think it was the first graphical MMORPG] few years later, last beta testing I did was for Doom but even by then I wasn't doing much gaming. Flash forward to 2012. Minecraft. Started server a week before I even played the game. Then I went in it myself. Loved it. It was the first really new concept in games that I'd seen in over 15 years (something that *wasn't* first person shooter), so it was exciting. And there's my gaming history. Oh, and I also enjoyed the hell out of pinball at the arcades and whatever games were there. Had my favorites.
