Ever meet an 8 yr old "old fart"? They're already complaining
   about "the good ol' days" of past Pokemon generations. There's a
   good possibility that their attitude won't change much if their
   attitude isn't averted at some point. Anytime is a good time to
   avert this way of thinking. Takes effort but once it 'clicks'
   you see the world differently.
