I don't know what convention is - never quite understood normal
   or what it entails - I just do what i do and hope for the best.
   I love everybody on some level and try to express that the best
   I can. == it's a distanced love. More of a general caring for
   humanity in general, its capabilities and promise and hope.
   == I know humanity is a bunch of [....], including myself, but
   there's something good that, if it's encouraged, improves our
   lot. Not for all people, but I believe it's possible to break
   through us/them dichotomies at some level (even if minimal) to
   achieve some sort of mutual respect and understanding... even if
   they're firing bullets at each other a moment later. == Well, I
   guess I'm more of a connectivist or something. Pay it forward,
   plant a good seed, hope it grows somehow. That sort of thing. ==
