Ever pump up your resume? I found an ancient one of mine from
   mid-1991. It was pre-web and at the time, few in the "outside
   world" knew that much about it. Mid-1991, Microsoft JUST
   released Windows 3.0, AOL was still very tiny and it would be
   years before they did their ad campaign of mailing diskettes
   then CD's everywhere and so, I could get away with things like,
   "International Electronic Mail System"
   and "Global Networking Software" because... who knew what
   Internet was? Besides, there were other things than the Internet
   like BITNET and UUCP, plus dial-up BBS' and stuff. Somehow, I
   don't think people would find this quite so impressive today,
   but it worked at the time[1]1991-resume
