Well, the theory is that the higher the rise, the harder the
   fall, but it depends what time frame in the past is being used
   to measure "rebound". If its 2004-2006 levels, well yeah it
   might take a few years. But if its recovering to 2001-2003
   levels, i think we're almost there already. "
