THOSE are the worst. 4am is one of the lowest brain chemical times in the body. It's not even an IF - if you are up at 4am - you WILL have some of the oddest thoughts, anxiety attax, think nightmarish things and belive them to be true. But it -will- pass. it's a brain chemical thing. Remind yourself of that when it happens next time. It helps a little. so does writing at that time. "
