I guess it's like writing Calligraphy - it was taught at one
   time in school, along with print and cursive, and then they took
   it away when the ball-point pen took over. Now that the
   technology is taking over, i guess the need to write things has
   fallen behind. I can definitely see the benefit of one laptop
   per student/ipads/etc - but man, there's nothing like writing on
   paper. (handwriting was the only class i ever failed - in the
   fourth grade) "
