^Even in 2011, Perfection is expected, but Effort is punished.
   It's a shame, because it takes multiple Efforts to reach
   Perfection, and if the Efforts are punished, it kills the fire
   that drives the Effort, making Perfection impossible to acheive.
   People just give up, play video games all day or go shopping.
   Reward Effort, however, and the world becomes a better place -
   one changed life at a time.^
