^Slept a full 8 hours last night. Can't remember the last time I did that. I didn't sit for more than 10 minutes at a time the whole day. I think I sat to eat but didn't sit on the couch, hardly at the computer, didn't sit in the car (was home). Even business calls i took while running around outside. Right after that, I spent about an hour or two playing the piano like a crazy madman - arms flailing left and right. I'm thinking that that's probably "the answer" for my perpetually broken sleeping: just keep moving and eat some protein before bed. Easy... maybe.^
