^A baby boy is born with a golden screw for a belly button. When
   he is old enough to realize that this is unusual, he asks his
   parents why he has a screw for a belly button. They do not know.
   When the boy becomes a young man, he goes out into the world
   looking for an answer. He asks physicians, magicians,
   scientists, priests, merchants, carpenters, and kings. No one
   knows. Finally, he comes the wisest king of all. The king
   examines the golden screw then sends a boy off to fetch a golden
   box. The king pulls out a golden key and opens the box. Inside
   is a golden screwdriver. The king puts the screwdriver to the
   golden screw and turns. The boy's ass falls off.^
