I didn't listen to any theoretical physicists last night, so here I am, up at 3:30am, but i get to experience the middle of the night for a few minutes. I'm realizing that I need to be physical, not just most days, but every day - in the evenings to get a full night's sleep. Run, lift heavy things, break a sweat. If I don't, I just end up taking a 'nap' at nighttime. Feed the mind, feed the body. don't let it go to waste. "
