^so, heat (temperature) is the "work". (movement) of atoms. Fast
   atoms generate heat, slow atoms generate less heat. Heat makes
   atoms go faster too. Hot (fast)atoms are gas, cold (slow) atoms
   are cold (each type of atom has its own idea what "hot/gas" and
   "cold/solid" means). Light is energy. Heat is infrared light.
   Temperature is simply infrared light. So light and motion are
   also interchangable?^
