bananas! electrolyte levels - dang, forgot about that. i think my cramps are "defensive spasms" - they kick in overdrive when i try to make my body do something it doesn't want to do but they they don't knwo when to stop. but I'll up my electrolytes just in case - calcium, magnesium and potassium... not sure what the other electrolytes are, but tthat's a few... "
