The biggest pain with this business is "What ARE WE?" - It's gotten better through the last 10 years. About 3 years ago 3 phone books FINALLY gave us our own little category, after I kept pestering them. it's a weird service, really. But folks love the "Green" aspect of it all - no chemicals, no harm, no foul. I should probably "get on the green bandwagon" and go that route (since we're "green" - always been) - it just feels weird, piggybacking on a 'cause'. But I guess it's just part of being a media wh_r_... (sorry, I don't like that word, which is why I block the letters out). "
