^horray! back online. Netbook died after almost exactly 2 years
   of faithful service. (resurrected old desktop - had dead hd, -
   long long dull story) - so almost back to status quo.... but got
   a ways to go. a new laptop is in my near future, just not today.
   can't go without me internet.^
