tnx -- it's not something I remember to do each day, but if you REALLY sit and think about those three things (and it can be very difficult some days - 1st one is the hardest), and say them aloud to yourself, or write them down on a post-it, or think them in your head, or post on facebook -- you'll find that your otherwise bad day was: a) someone not cooperating or agreeing with you b) someone giv...ing you a hard time or being distant c) something you were counting on didn't come through d) your plans fell apart e) something scary came in the mail f) someone's making a bad decision and, a lot like a) - isn't listening and are stuck on an notion."
