I keep thinking that Voting almost needs its own page. Voting is
   one of the unique features of Spock - that almost EVERYTHING can
   be voted on. I want to yell t...o new users, "Vote - and vote
   often!!!" - it's easy to do, both for seasoned and new users.
   It's FUN - I don't read the full list of tags so much as when I
   am voting on them - that's when I really learn about the other
   people. "
