^RESOLVE: I am going to learn to be more agreeable. I argue
   about the stupidest things. I bicker, I am easily offended. I
   need to fix this. So I resolve to say "no" less and "yes" more.
   It makes for a more pleasant day for everybody and the things I
   argue about are usually unimportant in the long run. I will
   follow through. RESOLVE.^
