   mostly due to an oncoming truck that was too close to the middle
   line on a very narrow section of road, or being stuck next to a
   schoolbus with a guy furiously honking at me to speed up and
   pass the bus so HE could pass the bus. Screw that. I go my speed
   - I don't cut off schoolbuses. and honking!? - NOBODY honks in
   naples unless somebody has their rear door swinging open or
   stuff is flying off of the back of their pickup truck. or a body
   is being dragged behind their Lexus. "
